What states were offered the package to leave in January? And then offered a package a second time since then? What state? What Dept?
How many times were you offered a package? Was everyone who put in for the package accepted?

Technicians in NC have been offered twice this year. Roughly 6 cable, 8 CO , 4 BSTs, 15 ST and 2 SROs in my district. With threats of layoff if they don't reach there target, However Union contract was just reached and didn't lose hardly anything compared to all other contracts the last 25 years. Since last round Service techs working 6 to 7 days a week.
In Florida people who took the package were told they cannot take the package of the first go-around they were denied the VSP. I know of several that were denied because their managers did not want them to leave.
