In California and Nevada the contractors are being laid off. I believe all or most are being let go in the month of June.
Why? Something must be happening. Are there contractors in other states still? Have your contractors been let go?
I think they have to let contractors go before they can lay craft off.

Makes sense. Pay per job improves ROI. Enterprise is focus, not residential.
They're laying contractors off first. So they can break union. Theyre not allowed to lay off in big numbers until contractors are gone. Going pay per job.
