What company offers there manager an incentive program that as of May 29 has not posted it on the my hr page or given managers there guidance on what areas that there bonus ,that is listed on the p&l is divided by metrics . Wow ! If I was a CEO I would have required that information be given out no later than dec 31st! So my question is why after 6 months there is no guidelines. Show lack of leadership and direction?

2018 Store incentive plan, although not posted on myHR is unchanged from 2017. Same metrics and same percentages. Incentive-eligible positions include All Store Managers, co-managers, and Store team leaders. Relax people
Most likely SM will be STL and go from salary to hourly. Hourly payscale will be reason to rid the bonus incentive.
What's happening to cvs in August 2018? I'm not an employee, I'm a customer, but while perusing a broker site looking at retail space for lease I saw my local cvs (in SoCal) available for lease August 2018. I was shocked, so I called the store and asked if they were closing because I shop there often and get my prescriptions there for many years. The employee had no idea at all, none. She was shocked and likely didn't believe me, but it's there in print that it will be available for lease in August 2018. Do they not give employees notice when a store is going out? I feel like taking the broker brochure and showing all of the employees at my local cvs.
There will be a mass exodus if they kill the bonus
Program. I’m on pace for a 24k incentive this year and will be a wild person if they f me out of it.
My DL hinted that the bonus will likely go away.
Make it quarterly and watch sh-- happen. Motivation will hit an all time high. Everyone will benefit. Never going to happen.
I'm at a big fat 0 on bonus pool
Sad
True! Incentive plan for 2017 is still posted on myHR. Maybe it's staying the same... who knows! Just hit all your metrics and hope for that extra dollar (take home 60%)
Probably being eliminated after the engagement survey closes.
