EarthLink to be completely pushed out and ACC will become network reps.
The tenured, talented, experienced people left not due to $$, but due to our executives that do NOT realize the value of a customer nor the value of loyal and dedicated employees. Employees from the Western Reserve/Alltel days actually cared about their customers, internal and external....the regime in place today does NOT have these same values...this regime and their decisions have driven this company into the ground! It is a total shame and disheartening to watch this company tumble...especially for the past employees who actually gave a damn!
I’m not sure what’s coming but tenured people continue leaving. IMO, the capabilities of these employees can’t be replicated with anything less than 2 years of training. How is it possible to do more with less if the good people are leaving.
It’s really unfortunate to hear about layoffs when we can’t replace the knowledge walking out the door.
2 VPs are leaving as others are promoted... who cares about them. They all have parachutes.

They are in the process of selling parts of the company. Centurylink to buy parts of CLEC and Frontier parts of ILEC.
