Those were the select few lucky ones that managed to get out with a package.
they will find better jobs and have been waiting to get handed a separation package anyways.
That was just in the Finance organization and was much needed according to Bob Swan. Now have to start trimming the bloated manufacturing organizations.
Need additional layoffs to keep the workforce on their toes. Can't get complacent.
Hopefully, more are coming to keep the balance. Can't hire too many H1Bs without showing the benefit of laying off. Your job is never safe in the tech industry.
