Thread regarding CenturyLink layoffs

huge government contracts

Check this out , I was laid off last Jan . On the side of company that runs the national fiber network. there are plans by the Government entities to install Hydrogen tanks and fuel cells at each row site about 60 miles apart . The contracts with The gov are very lucrative both level 3 and CenturyLink will keep adding the 10 g , 40 G , 100 G customers to the now 4 fiber networks ( Wiltel, Broadwing, Level3 , Centurylink ) and other smaller ones . They don't care about small customers and they will find a way to get rid of them by simply providing terrible service .

Excellent approach by CTL to grow shareholder value. Use the assets for best ROI (Return On Investment). Too much expense for single residential customers. Once one understands that, the approach makes sense. Unfortunate outcome for original CTL employees.

The strategy of getting rid of small customers is being executed perfectly.

I believe that. We worked hard over the past 3 years for our customers to hate us.
