Cuts are coming still in the 2nd quarter and again into the 3rd quarter and again in the 4th quarter. They need to get the numbers down. They want it done before the end of the 4th quarter so that they can get their budget in line for the year of 2019..
Get prepared its coming.. Both in management and in craft. No one is safe. Business has slowed down too much. No money is being spent in certain areas that they want to get out of. See the writing on the wall.
