I got laid off in 2016. I used to work on several weekends for TMG trying to get cannonlake and skylake to power up . I got $100 for 40 hours of work !! this went on for several weeknds. Are you guys still in same boat ?

Not just TMG, IT also. I worked on a project where the team went above and beyond saving Intel and the Business group a lot in time, resources and money. I got $25 for months of hard work, working at night and the weekends to meet a compressed timeline.
Maybe TMG needs to dock it's managers some percentage of salary every time it asks it's exempt employees to the work the weekend. It should stop the common practice of waste in management. Their practice has always been if mgr can't figure out a solution to problem, assign it to engineering team at 5 PM Friday and tell them to have solution on desk by Monday at 8 AM.

I agree with -rdo. i get exactly nothing for all of the overtime work that is expected we do. I didn't know that anyone even got $100.

In Banglore we get a car service to and from work plus a dinner voucher for whole family I always treat my Mom and Dad to a nice 5 star meal
haha $100 to wreck a weekend, that is TMG for you! Is that about $5 bucks an hour? I bet they even admonish engineers for accepting such generosity, not to mention the cafe treat for year end contributions as BK cashes $45M+ while doing nothing about our lost process technology, volume, and revenue lead to TSMC.
Not sure about TMG, but my group pays exactly nothing.
