Heard engineering to be cut very deep and very soon with a lot of jobs at the top gone! Sale of fishing business as well and Artfical Lift spin off.

The problem with this company is they keep trying the same thing, layoff the actual workers and keep existing management, but expect a different outcome. The definition of crazy.

It is the other way around KKR bought BMC. KKR has deep pockets they own many companies.
Scratch KKR - they were bought by BMC Software
Whatever WFT sells it must have a proven record of working and earning or even just the potential no one in their right mind would buy a donkey?
Rumor has it KKR has been looking.
Who is considering buying it?
I heard through the grape vine it wasn’t just fishing, but the whole drilling tools product line (fishing, wellhead, rentals, etc)
