I have never seen such low morale during my 40+ yrs of career (last 7 yrs at the qualcomm).
I have also never seen such incompetent management in my career.
They doesn't seem to have any internal pressure..
but I agree with their vision... loot the company as long as we can.
The greed of the gulfstreaming exec creates a lot of ill-will. SM/CA wants us to work hard while they reap millions. SM is a million a week sorta guy. I cannot do my best work for such a greedy boss.

But doing the playoffs in a completely self destructive fashion, management has managed to bring the morale to lowest levels possible. Most have updated LinkedIn profiles, signed up for Premium accounts and actively looking outside. The real issue with Qualcomm is not hitting $6.75 EPS but product level disasters that will start to surface in 12-18 months with such a disengaged workforce that's scared if they will have a job in 6 months. SM shows about apathy in All Hands. His poker face has become the proxy of uncertain times.
Yeah, if they issue severance tomorrow that'd be great. People doing anything is virtually at a stop.
Mgmt is really screwing this up. Even more so than in 2015
