The top just keeps s---ing up more money and getting promoted - the rest have given up hope. Such a screwed up company.
Wow! Windstream wouldn't know anything about that. That would be a game changer for them if they actually bothered to not divvy out pennies to people and tell them to be happy about it. Our bosses probably wouldn't be so anal about stuff either if they hadn't stopped receiving raises themselves. What makes it worse is that they rub their revenue in our faces every chance they get, but we only see pennies or nickels of it if we're lucky.
TT and the other execs could take a lesson from this. But to them its all about me me me. Always needing more more more no matter the cost.
