Inclusiveness is missing

Issue is NOT the Project Manager. Issue is the GAP between what DXC sell and what DXC deliver.

Protecting shareholders interest will succeed, if and only if you have employees to serve the organisation's commitment to the customer.

In other words, inclusiveness is missing.

Organisation preach on Automation, still spend many man hours in creating excel reports manually. And many reports are Garbage In and Garbage Out.

Resource requisition don't have any realistic number. Always, 1 FTE even for 40 hr work in a month.

Resource Managers do not have a clue on workload of the resource. Resources are either overloaded or sitting duck.

Role of Individual contributor doesn't mean that he/she should judge on what he/she is doing. Resource manager have a responsibility to have monthly one to one with the resource. However, one to one become yearly ritual.

Wow I never knew of DXC employees being productive for 40 hours in a month ... perhaps that should be 40 hours per week? That aside the Sales arm can sell any sh-- solution and fluff their way through any superficial technical solution reviews followed by fluffy sales governance reviews (just to get a sale on the books) and a commission for the sales folks. Assuming that the go-ahead is provided then the DXC Delivery arm picks up the dead cat proposal and is forced to deliver to the sales team's flakey margins and must explain why real-world issues or delays have occurred. Where is the justice in that? The Sales folk should forgo their commissions until after the proposal has been delivered on time and on budget and at whatever cost is required in reality.

@Tl4AU6d-ujp : whether US person, UK person, EU person, African person Asian person or Australian person, the subject matter is valid, the sad part being that even though DXC is primarily an American company, what sort of people have the Americans hired that write like this.

No wonder Americans nowadays work as peons in American companies, while Chinese and Indians fill in the Board of Directors.
