The Northeast region and Southeast region had layoffs... all CenturyLink sales people. Good people with excellent track records. I can't understand why this happened. New sales Leadership all level 3 with no clue on B2B sales. Stay away! Churn and burn is their mission statement!

i have a friend (15 years with company starting with TW Telecom then Level 3 now CenturyLink) laid off in the restructuring yesterday. He was a GM. as both a GM and Sales director he was always over quota and made a good number of President's clubs. So not everyone was legacy CenturyLink
I am in the NE region and it looks like the legacy CenturyLink Enterprise Sales reps were affected and NO Level 3 sales people. Our new Level 3 leadership is confused and cant seem to get a handle on our customer requirements. Very sad, good people were let go, and soon our customer base will follow.
How many were let go from sales in each region? Does anyone have a headcount so we have an idea what to expect?
