Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

HR Town Hall is a Sham

Currently HR conducting many Q/A sessions and "town halls" related to benefits and compensation.

This of course is just a sham to show the employed sheep that HR cares and is listening to the masses.

All compensation and benefits costs are paid by Bob Swan. Do you really think he cares about employee whining?

The reason for all the noise from HR is they are worried BS may notice they aren't that useful to the bottom line. Once that is figured out the broom will start sweeping.

BK views employees as a liability, nothing HR can do, even if they were genuine, when rhe top boss doesnt care about anything but his pockets.

Everything about HR is a sham. Yeah, that goes for the dog and pony show, too. "We are here to help." Joke. They should say, "We are here to protect mgmt at all costs and look for creative ways to fire other employees". This would be a lot more truthful.

The only thing BK and the BoD care about is filling their pockets milking Intel for every drop before the ship sinks.

They already proved just how "much" they care about morale

Beyond the $$$, is HR addressing working conditions (ie: morale / great place to work, work-life-balance, etc.)? Total compensation may matter to some, but if working in a place that is not supportive or uplifting can be a deal breaker / showstopper for many.

Record revenue and stock is up, all the GR10 and up are in fat city with their EB and stock. Then they have their secret tax sheltered deferred compensation to make them richer.

They love that HR squeezes the H1B and all you get your 3%

An attempt by Swan to enlist all those Intel employees unhappy with HR or their wage conditions for the next layoffs.
