They can't even find the books that they have in the store for the customers IN the store. The inventory systems in the store have completely broken down. Shipments are not being done in a timely manner. Neither are returns or shelving . you have a bunch of part time employees who really don't care where they put books . Nobody really cares anymore. They don't take pride in what they do. They are not given the time to do ANYTHING the correct way because corporate keeps cutting hours but not reducing tasks. What corporate did do was hire more people at the executive level at home office to come with their strategic multi year plan to save the company. They will file for bankruptcy, close down all the big stores and then try to make a go of it with smaller stores with no cafés. But by then , their customer base will be gone and so will they. And before some idiot says "just quit" most of us already have.

If you quit, why do you are....move on with your life......you sound bitter.
