Yes, they moved the call center to Raleigh, then moved part of it back to Roanoke, then laid off the people in Raleigh. Does anyone in charge of this company know what the h*** they are doing?

I understand why their turnover rate is over 59%.
Anyone still there should not be surprised. It’s not a matter of if but when.
Advance is a garbage company, those that have not gotten out need to seriously consider other employment because if you are not the elite, you will be next.
