The way Advance treats it's employees is as bad as any other low end retailer, no loyalty given, no loyalty gained. This company is scrambling to keep it's head above water by stepping on the heads of the working stiffs, and the workers have had enough. Look at it this way, for fun, step into an Advance location, look around, see the one or two children running the store, and if you can get their attention, ask them a general question about a vehicle and make your own decision.
