Check with Paul dV. It's all based on high level mathematical modeling that no one can prove or understand but sounds good. Now move along, you're too dense to understand. You're getting overpaid anyway.
something needs to be done about this. There are people that have been SM 1 or AN 2 that have worked for many many years and are making far less than those with less time in.
