Haha. You hit upon a key point. Yes, the mgmt can't even organize their own PowerPoint presentations. They always ask the engineers to create them at the last minute and then ask the engineers to present them to their mgmt. The mgr will sit back in the meeting and not say much to back up the presenter. Lol.
