Execution of process technology, autonomous driving, artificial intelligence, IOT and 5G product roadmaps are under th their control. In each case the management has failed miserably. 10 nm delayed by 3 years and counting, knights mill shelved, no news on significant AV trials, 5G modems 2 years behind again, all new IOT products failed.
What is outside the managers control is hours good the markets will be in Intel's legacy products and how high the stock market goes in general.
Please don't mix the two up.
