Inventory Blowout!

The ongoing inventory blowout will be the prerequisite to final liquidation. The event will be extended for two weeks past it's end date, and following that store with the sign package will go through will liquidation.

Warning signs are reduced inventory, unusual inventory, removal and disposal of fixtures and gondolas, recent property management, and workforce reduction.

Developments ahead.

Reduced inventory... eh, I dunno. Prob depends on what it is. Clothing, no. After finding out mine was closing we still got a few trucks full of stuff, most of which was clothing.

Unusual inventory... Maybe. Somehow we ended up with a bunch of stuff with crossed out name labels from "The Limited." Still curious how the heck that even happened, but it didn't happen until the liquidator was there.

Removal and disposal of fixtures and gondolas... Nope, didn't happen until the week and a half after we closed. Before then it was mostly consolidated, shifted around to places they were stored on the floor, and sold during liquidation.

"fixtures and gondolas" should be sold in liquidation, not "removed and disposed of" just prior.
