Lack of value is the 2nd tier employee who signed up for the job being told what your going to make vs 1st tier, and then complaining for the past 7 years that life is unfair. If the speculation is there will be another layoff please feel free to leave now if your still crying about your pay and benefits. At least the 1st and 2nd tier employees who dont b--ch and work hard for a living have a better chance at keeping their job...so again please leave now since your so unhappy and can find better work elsewhere so we can save jobs for people that value them.
