Laying people off and then dumping their work on other departments creates a “ghost workforce” for Windstream and saves them $$$. Unfortunately, it is at the employees expense. Eventually, people will wise up and leave. When folks are overwhelmed, mistakes are made, quality suffers, morale goes way down. Add that in with the fact that many workers are already at the point where they no longer care. Companies that treat their employees terribly will not survive these days. All successful companies treat their customers well and treat their employees right, but that has to come from the top. Not gonna happen with the current regime at WS.

No what we need is another VP to take care of the pivot automation using scrum and hadop to futher utilize big data and software define our workforce.... Yea not going to happen. Get f_(ked Tswizzle and all your @$$licking cronies as well.
