What is the layoff rumor for 7/12?

This should not be a surprise to anyone at Windstream unless you’ve been living under a rock. This company has been doing layoffs here and there and will continue to do so. When they do a mass layoff, it is more visible and contradicts their fake “new age/future era” image. Dysfunction Junction.
The 7/12 layoff rumors are part of the CSMB ELINK sale floating around. The board will announce the sale of that unit PRIOR to the Q2 earnings call on 8/2. We always have layoffs 2 weeks prior to our earnings calls and it's always on a Thursday AM. If you support hELINK or their customer base you will be affected. This will be a significant portion of those employed in Alabama and New York.
Which department is getting laid off?
Unfortunately this website has had accurate reports of layoffs that have affected my department. Going off of the accurate precedent set previously coupled with the company’s ongoing financial trouble I am inclined to agree with what has been posted previously regarding 7/12.
