I was pretty much forced out of my job. I was with the company for 19 years. I was a lead of all departments, in the good old days. I was a receiving manager, a merchandise manager, an assistant store manager at the end. I always got the best yearly reviews and promotions. Until the company turned on the very people that helped build it. I was on an unending improvement plan, because as an ASM, if I was doing my job, our sales and memberships would be soaring. All my fault. The toxic environment was more than I could handle. Being told you are a failure everyday is something, no human should endure. So for my mental health, I left. I’m in between jobs. I signed up for Cobra, dental. I followed their dinosaur ways, by mailing in a check each month. Pain in the butt. Well I was informed theyonly cover $1000 dollars a year under Cobra. Dental work is expensive. Everything about this company is
a joke. Don’t waste your money. This company is horrible.
