Way and mcCauley, the duo of disaster for SWN have devistated the company. Their total lack of leadership and ability has taken SWN stock from > $40.00 per share to <$6.00 per share and cost many good dedicated employees their jobs. The board of directors need to pull their heads out of the sand and replace them both with competent leaders.

President's Award coming for JMc and crew for their flawless execution of Way's hatchet job. Special bonuses are coming before then.
The one at the helm of HR says that everyone is replaceable (direct from the horses mouth :) ). No regard for anyone and only feels she's winning because she undercuts anyone in the way that has knowledge and common sense. The stock speaks enough for the two mentioned in this thread along with the rest of our 'skilled' leaders.
Now that the deed is done and Way & JMc have congratulated themselves on the great job they did today through visionary leadership and flawless execution (although annoying because it was the third time in 2-1/2 years), they have ticked this burdensome little item off the list. Too bad about the 200, but it’s time to move on so that SWN can get on to the business of winning!
The ‘non-impacted’ employees now go to townhalls and all-employee meetings to hear the “we can’t go back to the way we were doing things” and the “it’s up to everyone of you to work harder and smarter to make SWN great again” speeches.
I’m not buying into Way’s mind numbing words this time around. He’s proven to be hapless and weak and he gets zero respect.
Always wondered how Way got to where he is. No one every followed him from previous employers to SWN. NO ONE?
JMc came before him. She's worse than BW (hard to believe, I know). She can help him with font size and adjectives, but her "expertise" ends there.
SWN is a laughing stock in the industry.
