Yep he got the job as boss of Toda taxis when the owner died and his widow was talked into letting Jim run the company and guess what? Yes it was bankrupt within 18 months of Jim taking over. Poor widow had to sell the family home to pay the debts which included Jim renting expensive hotels and golf holiday on company expenses
How did he make it to Baker? Don’t they do background checks before hiring their managers? And he doesn’t know anything about oil and gas either
