They would find a way to terminate you and it would take money to fight them but you would win its already happened once. What they done want employees to know is departments can unionize it no longer takes the entire store. It just takes the majority vote.

Nobody will get a union in at Walmart. They’ll shut down whatever store tries it. Look what they did to the meet cutters back in the day.

I'm not a union supporter by any means, however, Walmart ownership/leadership needs a wake-up-call. I'd actually support the UNIONS at walmart now. I'm not alone. Many of us in the stores would consider talking to a UNION with an open mind now.

the skilled labor will be replaced by intelligent robots and AI

we have already replaced unskilled labor with robots, nothing to gain there

it's the accountants and decision makers that will get hammered in the next wave of job loses
