NXPI is down 4.2% today.. Looks like none of the thousands of shareholders know what the OP knows..

1wxe go easy on LSD and stick to your test cases ...you are delinquent on your status report for last week. Go back to the bench in your lab.

Doesn't matter where the money shows...be it Income statement or Balance Sheet or Cash Flow statement ...It's the $2B that Qualcomm will have to recoup. This is no charity, genius and I am sure dummies like you will make list.

qualcomm needs layoff and layoff those old junkies, who are so stale they dont now how to do their work. They are so incompetent, and use their power to compete with their subordinates. Thats their Quality. Let them compete with rest of the world.

1) China is not interested in approving deal. This is fact, but since other countries have approved, it needs reasons to fight and reject deal.

2) Other countries approved because their tech market is least affected by merger. USA is very happy for Q + nxp because it gets its own tech companies head in tech and global market and more jobs and economy boost. But China is not happy because, it affects its market majorly not USA. This merger means lot to china than other countries.

1vma has no clue what he is talking about. $2B would come from a different bucket.

Deal falls apart = $2B break up fee = layoff

Deal goes through = synergy opportunity = bigger layoff

What does it matter either way?

Trump used his stupid powers to convince them of what now?

The vote was 85-10 against Trump's Chinese buddies selling American technology to terrorist nations and for saving Chinese jobs...gee, I can't imagine why even Trump s---ers in the Senate are objecting to that s*it sandwich he shoved down their throats.

if the acquisition is linked to only zte then the acquisition was already approved. It seems like China is holding the deal due to trade tariffs set by Trump administration as well

b---s--- ! ZTE problem is not solved yet .and China said it will start "review" after ZTE issue is solved. China never said, it will approve merger after ZTE issue is over.
