Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Following the 2016 first ACT there were several employees who were impacted by ACT who subsequently filed a complaint with HR and their ACT termination was reversed and their employment reinstated. BK pointed to that and said Intel managers were not following policy, etc.. In response he also launched a big initiative/investment to develop a company wide manager training. That manager training was launched in 2017 and all managers were required to go through that training. BK would often talk about how Intel managers weren’t familiar with HR policies and why this manager training was so badly needed and necessary. Hmmmm........what a great role model and leader he is?!?! ....this is such a mockery and I’m embarrassed to work at Intel.
