I heard today that most expatriates with families will be repatriated in the next months. Had anyone else heard this?

Well they need to cut some of those MEA packages so that they can keep JH running the show, no one wants to see him back in US after all.
Cut executive salaries, save 100 million right there...
I’ve heard the same. Although cut backs happened last year, expats and their sweet packages will end and many will be shipped home. Some will have jobs, some won’t. Mark continues to squeeze this rock!
Expat packages started to be cut three years back in the UAE. Those not cut under the RIF got reduced reduced allowances etc etc. For most schooling costs exceeded allowances and the same with accommodation unless one could blow smoke into the correct orifice. Was interesting at Aramco when BDD turned up in a private car & company jet. All the minions by local shared pickups and Fly DUBAI economy saver!
