That's called capitalism folks these guys are job creators. Why do you hate America? It's the liberal vile that has corrupted the working man to think they know better. It's a pity that people with the intelligence level represented here bashing the Union represented people have such little understanding of the situation, last time I looked Union, non union, management all are being cut. Contractors over the years with very few exceptions don't take ownership of a job, they want to turn and burn it and get the cash, they mess up they charge you for a call out which adds more expense because it will be blamed on documentation not the quality of workmanship.
I know this because two things, contractors have told me that's how they drive profit and during a surplus years ago I was interviewing and was in a conversation with a director during an interview and it was stated that do only what the job says, if it's wrong they will pay us again to come back for their errors. Even if the error is on us we can make it theirs since the documentation and database's are so messed up.
That's what these people seem to want inflated costs by outside vendors versus ownership of internal employees Union or Non Union.

Phase 3 for the union boys is a nice nap or a ham sandwich at CO. They are thinking of raising a grievance about the level of padding in the chair at the frame room. Then after several hours of barking about contractors they might get off their fat a$$es and get some work done... Maybe... probably not it's already 3pm... Meh
