Senior directors/VP who brings in their son, daughter, wife or their favorites from prior companies should be thrown out like this. In some sites, it is going beyond a tolerable limit !!!!

Senior Directors make their dummy. buddies directors in my site. Hiring and promotion malpractice is rampant here. They need to investigate all these
Fire the experienced veterans in favor of my family. Not a great strategy long term.
It's not just senior directors/VPs. Nepotism and cronyism is rampant. I have witnessed second-level manager hire wife and buddies of their tech leads at my site in detriment of better candidates. This crap is unacceptable.
