and AB remains Chairman of the BoD. What a crime. BK would defend his double digit raises while engineers got, and still get, next to nothing. The board is so out of touch. I hate this place, but within a year, reach retirement benefits and can't bolt fast enough.

Awesome! Looks like the BoD finally stepped into their shoes and for once did their work taking down this scumbag criminal in the most humilliating way possible. This seems to be the work of the new directors and not AB who has been a longtime protector of the scumbag. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't be surprised if AB and maybe the other dinosaur directors Yoffe and Hundt suddenly 'retire' before the next shareholders meeting.
