Peice rate contractors are going to save the company money. Only a matter of time before they see this and push all work to follow. $37 an install or repair and slot of people lined up for those rates. Lol. You have and will be replaced.

It’s simple...give an employee more stake in the place he works for, the better the work will be. Give the same employee little or no incentive to deliver on their work, you get inferior work. Too bad the new lvl3 mgmt team doesn’t seem to understand this. Trying to change incentives from monetary gain to fear based on whether an employee keeps his job or not is not only insulting to the employee’s intelligence, it also creates animosity between the employee and mgmt.
And lots of pairs stolen,asw’s not replaced,more temps on ground,sni’s not replaced,all around crap work with no one to inspect it.
