Appraisal system has too many backdoor entry facilities - you will be shown as accepting things not attributable to you, employee feedback can be modified, truncated deleted and changed from back end to justify layoff on performance grounds to avoid legal issues. even old records erased to destroy evidence of good past performance.it has been like this since last 10 years.

it has no database security and after every year back-end staff are changed to erase any trace of malpractice. system evaluation rules designed for ambiguity and changed every year to inject confusion.

great corporate governance. cum media management and CSR that takes care of government resgulations - waht a wonderful traditional desi indian business family business group.
