What a complete and utter disaster. We have customers who ordered materials in April who still haven't received shipments. It numbers in the thousands! How about laying off the clowns in charge of that circus and hiring someone who knows what the hell they're doing? And of course, no resolution or word from management.

After nearly 2 months since the roll out, has this gotten any better for anyone? Put in a ticket and wait. Great plan.
I've been paying attention to TEP for a while and time after time I've seen them take the complete opposite direction that they should be taking. If you feel like you're being gas-lighted, you're not alone. If it smells like crap, it's crap. Question everything.
I'm sitting here reading this and thinking back on a slide I was sent from a Pearson presentation at the SalesForce conference DreamForce in 2016 I believe. On one of the slides presented had bullet points for:
Historically negative IT delivery reputation
Sensitive political environment in light of on-going re-organizations
well yes when you let a clown plan the show you may very well expect a circus
Not sure what's worse. The stupid Interrobang or this fiasco.
Pearson. Always Reinventing the Wheel.
I've survived a few Pearson systems rollouts and this one tops them all in terms of ineptitude. The cavalier attitude regarding drastic, fundamental changes to our workflow and daily operations is truly mind-boggling. Remember when everyone was told things would be back up and running by June 4th??? We're losing summer business because teams can't assign ISBNs or answer basic questions like when products are shipping. I can only imagine how bad August will be.
Jiminy Christmas that team's incompetency has been a known issue for over a year now. Known to who? Just about everyone except the executive team...
Total sh1tshow and no accountability. But keep sending emails from the lady with a huge name explaining how great everything is.
Can't wait for BTS in August LOL
I can't imagine what a cluster this is going to be. Wow.
Would you have thought it would have gone any other way?
