I truly feel for all of you, who are currently going through these challenging times. From a former employee of this company, I just want to offer some encouragement to all of you and to say to keep your head high and keep moving forward, being the best you can be. I know the disappointments, the heartaches you feel, but believe me, this is not the end of your careers. Try hard and put yourself out there to other employers outside of Sears. Come and join the rest of us who have left this company for greener pastures. You can do it!

Heck, at this point even Walmart is better to work for.
Yes, even in this retail environment there are better stores to work for.
I think a lot of the long time employees would like to leave but are trying to hang on to get a severance package
I don’t see the second quarter earnings being anything but horrible no matter how many stores they close
At this point the entire company is not profitable let alone individual stores
