If it doesn't have a ticket, you find out the real item number and print a ticket for it.

You only use the 88888 class control if you're unable to determine the item number. As for the 999 SKU, that doesn't apply to all divisions. Some do use 999 but others use 099 and 000.

Review your inventory instructions to see which divisions use which SKUs.
