Needs to be investigated. It wouldn’t be the first for seagate.

There is no stock manipulation going on. The stock has gone up 84.39% in the last five years and 46.49% last year. YTD it is up 42%. Thats impressive, I should have invested more ESPP, my stock would be up 95.39%. Oh wait I did. Laughing all the way to the bank b--ches. You know why the rich get richer? Because we work the system with our heads, not hearts. The manipulation is not selling when people panic. Not selling when the world needs storage. Until youtube closes, I will own STX stock. Party on Wayne, Party on Garth. Swing!
The Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002 (Pub.L. 107–204, 116 Stat. 745, enacted July 30, 2002), also known as the "Public Company Accounting Reform and Investor Protection Act" (in the Senate) and "Corporate and Auditing Accountability, Responsibility, and Transparency Act" (in the House) and more commonly called Sarbanes–Oxley, Sarbox or SOX, is a United States federal law that set new or expanded requirements for all U.S. public company boards, management and public accounting firms. There are also a number of provisions of the Act that also apply to privately held companies, such as the willful destruction of evidence to impede a federal investigation.
The bill, which contains eleven sections, was enacted as a reaction to a number of major corporate and accounting scandals, including Enron and WorldCom. The sections of the bill cover responsibilities of a public corporation’s board of directors, adds criminal penalties for certain misconduct, and required the Securities and Exchange Commission to create regulations to define how public corporations are to comply with the law.
Nope. You obviously know something that not a single person on this board knows. Aren't you special? But, if you're not going to share actual facts about the so-called stock manipulation, then sadly you are just as ignorant as the rest of us.
Thanks in advance for proving me right, again.
Ever heard of SOX?
Please provide proof of the first stock manipulation. I have never heard of this. You seem to feel there was more than one. Can't wait for all the web links and official statements from judicial decisions that I'm sure you will share with all us folks that are less brilliant than you.
Cheers.
I don’t mind making a buck or two in the stock. Let me know what to do.
