Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Amazon has a huge selection of craftsman drills and stuff

I had a customer tell me this yesterday that the drill drivers c3 or something is hard to get in store but tons on Amazon something about a new generation of the drill drivers pushing up the prices

I thought it was only kenmore and tired being sold on amazon

Is it just private sellers on amazon

Guess I’m confused

Sears doesnt have the money to pay for the tools.

@TFbqdlt-lzu I honestly its all hype with appliances and tires. With so limited stores open and so much more competition its just not helping Sears much work things. I am sure they cant sell none of those tools now since Black & Decker and Stanley call the shots here.

I just checked the Lowe's Father's Day ad in the local newspaper in our area. It has got 2 full pages of Craftsman products. Many of them are and have been out of stock in ours and other Sears stores for weeks. Not a good sign folks.

Craftsman is a Stanley and Black & Decker brand now, doesn't matter.

Jason Rock, BRILLIANT! I admit that I like Eddie Lampert didn't think of it but selling tools online would have made a lot more sense than appliances and tires. Maybe the Black & Decker contract prohibited it but if not, Sears version should have gone online.

I just checked yes its a 3rd party seller customers sometimes don't get the difference from an official product from the website and a 3rd party sell. I think if Sears still owned the rights that would of been a smart move to actually work with Amazon on tools (smaller items) vs the whole tire and appliance deal which isn't probably working so well.

Third party sellers, not Amazon.
