IBM's a place where more than a hundred years of legacy torment the urgency of the change I, like many in my entourage, crave. IBM's a place where the juxtaposition of abundance and scarcity is palpable yet incapacitating. IBM's a place where organizational behavior supercedes discipline and actual cadence. IBM's a place where human beings are competing for numbers rather than collaborating for the progress and transformation only IBM is capable of delivering.

I never got to play the resignation card. I was just a number. Too bad, however, because the love of the people who surrounded me day in, day out, was wonderful.
