Our SRO showed us an email where it actually said they will once again re-evaluate jobs in November.
It's quiet because the current package has to be completed, that's the end of the month, Management aspect can still happen, that's more a pruning here and there and selective which you don't know about till you try to contact someone and they are no longer in the system. Once they finish the current sweep then it's reorganize and see what they want to do again for headcount per manager and organization and then the process begins again.
Think of a game of Jenga they keep removing pieces but in no particular order other then try not to topple everything.
