Do you think that is going to be the future for the sales teams at Pearson? Know both offices have their issues but anyone heard any rumors of going to a predominately inside sales model?

There was a time when we would go to the video store to rent movies too.
Good luck keeping customers if all of your sales teams are inside. Customers hearing about their schools going inside are already talking about going other places. This is a relationship business and they expect to see local people.
Completely speculating, but from an economic standpoint, it would make sense to migrate sales resources inside to Columbus. Then again, who knows?
