if the future of avaya rests upon oceana and equinox

we might be in trouble. highly complicated installs, poor documentation, and limited in-house knowledge outside of tier 4 have frustrated customers and partners.

Oceana is going to kill Avaya...Huge investment with more than 200 people working , with no revenue yet and there is going to re architecture soon. Hope Avaya wakes up soon ,else i see the Nortel path soon

Galway had a sh--ty architecture forced upon them by US (former) mgmt. It was a death march getting that (piece of sh--) out the door but the crappy design was not down to them and it certainly wasn't some devious scheme.

Totally agree, Galway is trying to make sure the quality is poor when comapred with AACC, So they can promote AACC again 😂

Less features and poor quality also coming to the fore. Past bad decision to devest resources from proven products coming to haunt senior management....
