if you are related and good golfing buddies then you have job for life, it doesn’t matter how horrible at the job. i know a guy who is a supervisor, he broke every company rule there is and still has a job. He sleeps at work, half the time on his shift he is no present at the job site , i mean few hours at a time checking out what toy he needs to buy like atv or bike while on company time. He gets all the overtime and half the time he is stuck in bosses office talking about golf or hunting trip. He bullies all his workers on his shift. If he doesn’t like you, he will try to get you fired. doesn’t follow any company rules but still has a job ... his attitude s---s, no people skills, horrible personality. now that’s one weatherford

yup.... complain went straight to his buddy manager and told him to tone it done but everyone in the shop not allowed cell phone but his sorry a-- glued to the chair playing games instead of helping people, telling his co workers that he has lots office stuff to do... which is maybe 2 hrs tops compared to other supervisor... he was sent to some supervisors trainig which gave him 5 course meal with pay to improve his sh--ty attitude but in the end no difference, still has the job go figure. its not what you but who you blow.
