I don't see how my limited "in sight" could possibly have any effect on executive bonuses.
Its a micro survey. Remember to answer it in such a way that will hurt executive's bonuses. That will help you smile as you get back to work.

Well, I for one, believe that they do care. Or, in-the-least, we're ask for our input. Many, many, I'll add most companies, don't care what you think. Sleep on that... BTW, not HR or management. Just a simple ph worker B.
If you feel the survey is meaningless, then just hit delete for the email. It's simple really.

Seagate is not interested in any of your opinions. This is simply to see who is unhappy and who should be let go come next layoff. And at seagate the next layoff is always right around the corner.
The survey is idiotic with no way to assign root causes to negative results. Might as well only ask are you happy or not with no clue on the why. That tells me they don’t care to fix anything and don’t really want to know why
Even my manager also can not trust, they tell us all the great story.
But the real is another.
I wouldnt recommend Seagate to a friend,why would i make their life worse.
Want to hurt exec bonus, these two questions need to be answered honestly:
1) Do you trust the C-Levels?
2) Would you recommend a friend working at Seagate?
All other questions don't impact the exec team or bonus, but these two do.
Not nefarious, you're just seeing the impact of cutting Seagate IT.
