yes and no. i work at a center in the midwest and we have been hearing rumors of this occurring, but not until ae is over. so technically that is 2019. certain reps close to management (either professionally or otherwise..... read between the lines) are good at pulling information.
bottom line is even they cant say for sure, but this has been the topic of discussion all summer. our office expanded too quickly.
