When you work in an office where the coffee machine has a 'bring your own pods' policy, you know pretty fast that this is not a great company to work for. When there is never, in years, any night out or supper paid by the company, you know your company isn't what it should be. When Sales go on cruises and Service gets nothing, you know Service is not valued. When there is no, none, nada, company event for employees in years, you can talk all you want about company morale and investing in employees, it doesn't apply to Service, only to Sales. When the cost of life increases by about 5% a year in your city and you get 1.5% every year, they are s---ing you dry. If I could, I would leave.

Webster is going to look more like it's part of Wayne county the rate things are going.
In Webster, at least in one location, they made a big deal about free coffee. There is now a coffee machine that's free. Woo-hoo. That makes up for sub-par raises over the last decade.
Wait until next month when you’ll have to bring your own a$$ wipe. And I have heard that in August you will have to take it back home with you in a bag after using it. No coffee I’d the LEAST of your worries.
