I would like to know the details of Sears lease with Crossroads. The mall is completely dead yet rumors have said Sears has a 99 year lease there. Oakview has more inventory and lands end. since they closed the third floor of Crossroads Sears they have has bare boes inventory. I guess Sears will be taking advantage of their Crossroads lease, Oak View was one of 9 stores decided after the big list.

Signing a 99 year lease is dumb.
I'm sure even with a 99 year lease, if (or REALLY when) Sears goes belly up that won't really matter.
